2024 Board of Directors elected at Annual General Meeting

EACC Greater Cincinnati Board of Directors 2024

As required by our Code of Regulations, the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC) held our Annual General Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza. The order of business was to provide a status on our financial health and performance to budget, and the election of our 2024 Board of Directors and Board Officers.

As of the end of Q3, the EACC Greater Cincinnati was financially healthy with a bottom line on budget, shared Board Treasurer, Mike Dektas. He went on to explain that these results were not, however, reached as budgeted, but rather a lower new member revenue number was offset by lower expenses.

The EACC experienced some big changes in 2023, not least of all the hiring of a new Executive Director in Nicole Fenyo. And with big change comes big opportunity. We are grateful to our excellent and engaged board members for their time, expertise, and guidance. And we are grateful to our members for the same.  All together, we are going to experience an exciting and fulfilling 2024.

The 2023 AGM was followed by our inaugural Beaujolais & More soiree. Click here for a glimpse into our evening.
