Young professionals in the Greater Cincinnati region are invited to attend the EACC Young Professionals Executive Insights event on December 7 featuring Nelly Bonniol, VP Strategic Initiatives & Business Transformations, EyeMed Vision Care. Nelly also serves as the Honorary Consul of France covering southern Ohio and Kentucky and is the EACC's Board Vice President.
Nelly started her professional journey in her native country, France, and spent the first 17 years of her career in the aviation industry working for the French company Snecma-Safran. There she developed an expertise in both commercial operations and direct purchasing. Most of her work was focused on negotiating large scale contracts as either a buyer or a seller, with an impact of several billion dollars. In 2012, Nelly moved with her family from Paris to Cincinnati for an international assignment as part of the Snecma – Safran joint venture with GE Aviation. She oversaw the commercial alignment between GE and Snecma-Safran in their offerings to airlines. In 2014, Nelly joined Essilor-Luxottica group in their vision insurance division EyeMed.
In February 2020, Nelly was honored to be nominated as Honorary Consul of France covering Southern Ohio and Kentucky.
