EACC Board of Directors Holds First Quarter 2019 Meeting
The EACC Board of Directors held its first meeting under the leadership of new Board President Yannick Schilly on Thursday, January 24, 2019. After welcoming new board members (and acknowleding a few departures), the Board approved the minutes from the November 15, 2018 Annual General Meeting. The Board received a brief update on EACC finances, and deferred action on approving the 2019 EACC Budget pending a recommendation from the Finance and Executive Committees.
