Dr. Le Roy has been at NKU since 1998. He is NKU’s senior international officer and has been serving as Executive Director of the Center for Global Engagement and International Affairs since July 1, 2011.
He oversees International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS), the Office of Education Abroad (OEA) and the American English Language Program (AELP). He also coordinates internationalization efforts throughout the campus and manages partnerships with international institutions. He reports to the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs.
Dr. Le Roy is also tenured in the Department of History and Geography and holds the rank of Associate Professor. He earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in modern history at the University of Kentucky, and his Maîtrise at the Université de Haute-Bretagne, in Rennes, France. His scholarship focuses on foreign policy.
