EACC Welcomes New Member Corporate Finance Associates

The EACC is delighted to welcome Partner member Corporate Finance Associates (CFA). 
 

CFA, founded in 1956 and headquartered in Los Angeles, is one of North America’s oldest and most prominent investment banking firms serving middle-market companies, both private and small-cap public. It has closed over 3000 transactions in its six decade plus history and has over 80 professionals operating out of 31 offices across the United States, Europe, and India. Three of those offices located in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana serve the multi-state footprint of the EACC community.
 
CFA provides expert services for engagements in the following: 
  • Sell-Side Advisory - representation of business owners and small-cap public firms in the sale of their respective companies or specific business units 
  • Buy-Side Advisory - representation of acquisition-ready companies, both public and private, in strategy formulation and execution of corporate development initiatives
