The EACC is delighted to share the news of our recent partnership with VIE-Ability to purchase office products and supplies for the EACC’s daily operations.
The Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired launched VIE-Ability, (formerly Cincy Sight) in 2013 in an effort to provide more professional-level job opportunities to people who had established careers, but unexpectedly lost their vision later in life. The name VIE-Ability places emphasis on employees who are visually impaired using their abilities to provide viable solutions to customer’s office supply needs.
VIE-Ability relies on steady orders from customers to keep a consistent work load for employees. Orders equal work and training that employees need to gain skills to be competitive in the work place. Aside from the social impact purchases make, customers also receive competitive pricing on over 40,000 high-quality office supplies with free next-day delivery on all orders.
