Thank you for your help with our Newsbrief survey – we were happy to see that over 100 of you took the time to give us feedback on the weekly EACC Newsbrief, which is our primary means of letting our members and friends know what we’re doing. And we were also gratified to receive so many positive comments:
- “Great newsletter that keeps you informed on what’s happening in the community”
- “I enjoy getting and reading the EACC Newsletter – a great way to stay in touch, get information updates, and more”
- “The Newsbrief is one of the few periodic communications I consistently read”
- “I appreciate the transparency that you often show to readers”
So overall we heard that people are largely happy with the content and format. But let’s dig a little deeper into the numbers.
The majority of responses (about 70 percent) came from current EACC member companies. Three quarters came from organizations headquartered in the US, and about a fourth came from manufacturers.
Overall, the current Newsbrief sections get great readership –with between 85 and 96 percent of all respondents saying they “Usually” or “Sometimes” read all of the current five sections -- the Executive Director’s message, Members in the News, Upcoming EACC Events, New Member Announcements and Upcoming Partner events. Potential new sections that garnered particular interest included “Country Specific News/Updates,” “Industry Specific News/Updates” and “Member Spotlight and Feature.”
Finally – 66 of you entered the drawing for two tickets to attend the May 25 FC Cincinnati game against the New York Red Bulls or two tickets to the 2019 Beaujolais Nouveau Premiere, and the lucky winner is Chad Person with Clark Schaefer Hackett. (Chad took the FC Cincinnati tickets!)
