EACC Partners with Orchestrate Technologies for IT Services
As you may have heard, the EACC transitioned to existing "in the cloud" over the summer (you can learn more here). As part of this operational change, we found ourselves looking for a new IT services provider. Finding a company that caters to small businesses and organizations while also offering a broad range of services was key. Our search led us to Orchestrate Technologies.
Based right here in Cincinnati and founded in 2013, "Orchestrate Technologies provides computer network and IT managed services, specializing in simplified, cloud integrated and streamlined full service network support for small and mid-market clients as well as small enterprise businesses." Orchestrate "currently manages cloud accounts in 46 states and 4 countries as well as offering full desktop support in 6 Midwest cities. As well as growing globally, Orchestrate has also grown internally expanding their skill sets and resources" (click here to learn more).
As we moved to Orchestrate's platform over the summer, we were particularly impressed by the ease of the transition and the lack of downtime required. And perhaps the greatest feature for the EACC has been the ability to streamline much of our day-to-day work through Microsoft Teams, including our phone lines!
We are delighted to be partnering with Orchestrate for our IT services and for the ability to continue to connecting with our members virtually during this unprecedented time.
