EACC Behind the Scenes: March 2021

One of the best ways the EACC adds value for our members is by building connections between peers where they can share best practices and create new relationships. So as I mentioned in my Behind the Scenes article last month, we’re launching a series of “Executive Huddles” where senior professionals from our operating company members can connect with counterparts. The first such group – our HR Executive Huddle – convened on Thursday March 25, and included representatives from thyssenkrupp Bilstein, VEGA Americas, Mubea, Safran Landing Systems, Fameccanica, and several others, with Erin Young from VonLehman CPA and Advisory Firm serving as facilitator (we intend to add a co-facililtator from an operating company before the group meets again on June 22).

Also in the works is a Marketing and Sales Executive Huddle (to be co-led by Anne Cappel of Altix Consulting and Will Healy III of Balluff), as well as groups for CEOs and CFOs. We’re prepared to offer more such huddles – Logistics? Operations? Chief Technology Officers? Where would you benefit from engaging your peers operating in the Transatlantic business space?
