RCSN was founded in 2004 by Paul Wehner, Senior Partner at RCSN Executive Search, offering one primary service, Executive Search and Recruiting. As RCSN grew and expanded its Client base, it became clear Clients were interested in two other Leadership Services, Coaching and Mentoring and Leadership Consulting.
Paul responded to that need by asking Donna Chrobot Mason, PhD, Associate Professor of Psychology and Director, UC Women Lead and Center for Organizational Leadership, University of Cincinnati to join the firm as Senior Partner. She is the co-author of the book, Boundary Spanning Leadership, which serves as RCSN’s leadership platform.
Given these new service offerings, RCSN Executive Search changed its name to RCSN Leadership Services offering Executive Search and Recruiting, Coaching and Mentoring and Boundary Spanning Leadership Consulting. As Paul and Donna talk to Clients and look to the future, they see continued growth of the firm through its three Leadership Services offerings.
