Joe Dehner drove a Volkswagen through the Soviet Union without a windshield in 1969. Since then he’s been to 80 countries, taught in Iraq and the Palestinian Territories, lectured at the European Court of Justice, and advised foreign and domestic clients as an international lawyer at Frost Brown Todd in Cincinnati, chairing its international team for decades.
