About the Executive Insights Series:
The Executive Insight Series offers exclusive events where young professionals have the opportunity to connect with top-level global business executives from the Greater Cincinnati region. Events are held in a professional, yet informal setting, in order to offer a causal environment that encourages open and engaging conversation. Each event is small in size (maximum of 15 registrants per event) to align with the series' mission of providing a personal and engaging experience. Attendees have the opportunity to hear the featured executive share his or her career journey, while also discussing professional development, career success, and what it means to be a future global leader. Each event also includes a question and answer session, as well as networking opportunities.
About Sheila Spradlin Reich:
Sheila Reich is Managing Director of International Business Development at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Cincinnati Children’s has identified the growth of its internationally recognized programs as a key strategic priority in support of its vision to be the leader in improving child health and its goal to change the outcome for children around the world. Sheila leads a team of regional specialists who are responsible for the continued development and growth of international relationships and business programs that encourage global partnerships, collaborations, exchanges, and international patient referrals.
Sheila brings with her 25 years of global business development experience with strong strategic expertise in foreign direct investment, global risk management, and team development. Prior to joining Cincinnati Children’s, Sheila was the Managing Director of International for Fifth Third Bank and Huntington Bank. Throughout her accomplished career, Sheila had strategic responsibility for Fifth Third’s Foreign Exchange Trading Desk, Global Treasury Management, Large Corporate, Government, and Institutional Banking.
