Young professionals in the Greater Cincinnati region are invited to attend the EACC Young Professionals Executive Insights event on October 29 featuring Mr. Hans Philippo, Owner, Holland Roofing. A true entrepreneur, Mr. Philippo also owns a number of other businesses in the region, including Lisse Steakhuis and House of Orange sports bar, and he is part of the ownership team of the Cincinnati Dutch Lions FC. He has served as the Honorary Consul of the Netherlands in Greater Cincinnati since 2017.
About the Executive Insights Series:
The Executive Insight Series offers exclusive events where young professionals have the opportunity to connect with top-level global business executives from the Greater Cincinnati region. Events are held in a professional, yet informal setting, in order to offer a causal environment that encourages open and engaging conversation.
Each event is small in size (maximum of 15 registrants per event) to align with the series' mission of providing a personal and engaging experience. Attendees have the opportunity to hear the featured executive share his or her career journey, while also discussing professional development, career success, and what it means to be a future global leader. Mr. Hans Philippo moved to the United States from Holland in 1978, and launched Holland Roofing in 1986. At that time, Holland Roofing had 10 employees with revenues of $1.8 million in its first year. Today, Holland Roofing is one of the top 10 roofing companies in the United States.
As was recently reported by the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, "in addition to Holland Roofing, Philippo leases real estate; owns Lisse Steakhouse restaurant and House of Orange sports bar; has an insurance company, antique shops, a banquet hall, and more; raises Angus cows for beef on his South Kentucky farm; and owns an amateur soccer team, the Dutch Lions."
