Description
How has Covid 19 impacted our Immigration policies? What are the current requirements for L1A (intracompany transferee) or H1B (skilled worker) visas? How do I get an appointment at an embassy or consulate? Where can I travel and under which rules? So many new questions arise for business travelers every single day. Join us on September 30 for a business immigration virtual discussion with Staci Jenkins, Attorney, Thompson Hine .
Staci, a member of the Labor & Employment group in the Cincinnati office, focuses on employment-based immigration. While she counts several global and Fortune 500 companies among the clients she counsels, she also concentrates on advising health care entities, including hospitals, health care practices, pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.
Staci is the Deputy Chair for the Midwest Regional Council of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
Questions and topics to be covered include:
- What have been recent changes to the immigration policies and which trends are we seeing?
- What has been the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic?
- An update on COVID-19 related travel restrictions
- What is a blanket petition and how can my company use it?
The event will include ample time for Q&A. If you would like to submit questions ahead of the event, you can do so during registration, or please email them to eacc@europe-cincinnati.com.
