Please note this event will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams. \n\n\n\nDominic Franchini is a native of Greater Cincinnati and the current EACC Board President.  He is also a Partner at HORAN\, where he works with employers in the region to identify and implement high quality\, affordable employee benefits plans. Very early on Dominic learned to love working with transatlantic companies and their international leaders. He has created an international niche in the Benefits Practice at HORAN.\n\n\n\nAdditionally\, Dominic serves as Board President of the Community Health Alliance\; is a member of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati Tocqueville Societies\; and was recognized as a Cincinnati Business Courier - Forty Under 40 class of 2015.\n\n\n\nIn this YP Event\, Dominic will share why he chose to get involved in the EACC\, his vision for the organization\, and how his engagement in non-profits has sharpened his skills for work and life. \n\n\n\nDominic currently lives in West Chester\, Ohio and has three boys ages 7\, 11\, and 13.
