DESCRIPTION:Join us for our breakfast series "Coffee & Commerce\," a monthly opportunity for members and non-members to gather and network and listen to speakers on interesting topics around our Tri-State area. \n\n\n\nIn October we will take you to the stories of "Made in Cincinnati." Enjoy coffee at the "Landing" and discover how Cincinnati has been a leading city for inventions and manufacturing for a long time. Meet the city's inventors and laborers\, the products they developed and the markets they transformed. From Porkopolis to the Queen of the West to tomorrow's modern tech hub\, discover how innovation is\, and always has been\, in Cincinnati's DNA.\n\n\n\n Whitney Owen  will give us an overview of its new permanent exhibit "Made in Cincinnati" the Museum Center has created to show the history and impact of invention and manufacturing on our region.  Together we will discuss how exhibits like this can expose visitors to the promise of careers in manufacturing and support workforce development efforts.
